What Happens When You Call

Phone-Only Booking — Here's How

    Talk to the office Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Closed Saturday & Sunday outside of football season. Weekend office hours vary during football season.

    ALL reservations at USRV are made over the phone. Call (334) 821-8968 to reserve.

    Overnight reservations and payments: credit card (3% fee for Master Card, Visa, Discover; 4% for American Express) or ACH checking account (no fee).

    Gameday Weekend Reservations: $50 non-refundable deposit — deducted from the full balance due.

  5. 5

    Gameday Weekend Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. ANY cancellations within 30 days of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE — NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Overnight Reservations: paid in full in advance. 48-hour cancellation policy with a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE.

    Gameday Weekend: 30-day cancellation policy with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERRABLE for any reason.

    Fall Season Leases may be transferable to another lease holder only with Management's approval.

    WE DO NOT ALLOW 3RD PARTY RENTALS SUCH AS AIRBNB, VRBO, ETC.

The USRV reservation office takes calls only during the hours above. Limited weekend office hours during the Fall Football Season.

VERY IMPORTANT: Arriving after Office Hours? Set it up with the Reservation Office before 5pm Monday–Friday. You'll get an after-hours phone number so security can meet you and get you on your assigned lot. Miss that call-ahead and after-hours help may not be available when you roll in.
